But for me, someone dealing with discomfort daily, it just wasn’t enough. That’s not to say it didn’t help at all. I did notice some relief, particularly in moments of mild discomfort. But when it came to addressing my persistent pain, it felt like I was only scratching the surface. And that’s why I’ve concluded that I need to step up to the 1000mg strength. While I haven’t tried it yet, I have high hopes that the higher strength will provide the relief I’m looking for.
