I can feel the relief kicking in within just an hour of popping one, and let me tell you, the difference it makes in my sleep is huge. I’ve been using these capsules for a while now, and I have to say, they’re really easy to take. No funky tastes or weird textures to deal with, which is a big plus for me. Plus, I haven’t experienced any side effects, which is a relief. It’s important to me that what I put into my body doesn’t cause any unwanted issues, and these capsules seem to be gentle on me. Another thing I’ve noticed since starting to take these capsules is that I feel more relaxed and balanced throughout the day. I tend to get stressed out easily, especially with work deadlines looming or just the hustle and bustle of everyday life. But ever since taing these capsules into my routine, I’ve noticed a subtle shift in my mood.
So far, so good!
While the 300mg strength is definitely not too strong for me, I wouldn’t say it’s a miracle cure for my anxiety. It helps a little, taking the edge off and preventing drowsiness, which is nice. However, it doesn’t completely eliminate my anxious feelings. It’s a decent option, but I might keep searching for something a bit more effective for my specific needs.
